I went from 75% of my emails being read to under 50% being read when I used pointofmail. Spam filter DO filter out pointofmail extensions, regardless of what you are told. I am living proof of that.

They will send you spam email without any option of opting out. Do not install!

Installed then dissapeared

The worst shit I installed on my computer. This ridiculous program, changed every address that I've tried to track, on my Google address book. For example: [email protected] to [email protected]
without me noticing it. So I've sent lots of mails that nobody received and Gmail never notified me that were not received. The consequence of that is that i've lost a couple of jobs, and I've got complaints about jobs I was doing or not sending the mails on time. I didn't know what was happening, but I decide to send by Gmail Chrome (where I had not installed this crap), noticing that everything worked as expected from Chrome, after investig several hours, I've discovered that was this hogwash that had caused the problem. In addition, that rubbish never worked, I couldn't track a single mail with it! Believe me, never install it!

It's NOT free. It spams me with mails after the trial version. I have no option to delete my account. So it basically got full time access to my mails. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Je ne comprends pas le fonctionnement et ça ne fonctionne pas (aucune réception d'accusé réception des mails alors que je les ai bien lus). A savoir il faut utiliser leur système de messagerie (ce n'est pas directement dans Gmail) donc tout est stocké chez eux ! J'ai désinstallé l'extension et pourtant je reçois toujours des infos comme quoi mon mail n'est pas parti (alors que si). Impossible de savoir comment supprimer mon compte définitivement. J'ai déjà contacté pas mail et aucune réponse.

Absolute worst experience with a company. Not only is it advertised as free, and it is not, they spam email you, and will not reply to any emails you send them. Strongly recommend not getting this extension.

BAIT & SWITCH. They advertise "FREE for Gmail", but that is a total lie. It is a free TRIAL. For like a week. Total SCAM.

Pas stable du tout, provoque des bugs avec la messagerie Gmail, les pièces jointes sont stockées sur un serveur, très bizarre le comportement de cette extension, après quelques jours d'essais je désactive et supprime direct.

This guy is a f-ing thief. He gives you no support. He took my money for a year's subscription. I sent him the receipt, twice. He never activated it. So I went on Paypal, wrote a complaint to him. He wrote back saying it's activated. LIAR! So I escalated it with PP to get my money back. Stay away from this thief and liar. Luckily I paid through PP or I would have lost my money.

It stops working after a short trial, but you will receive spam notification from the company with no option to unsubscribe and the support does not answer at all.

DO NOT USE THIS EXTENSION. There is absolutely no way to remove this terrible extension. They also have not responded to the dozens of emails I've sent to them asking them how to remove from Gmail. I've removed the cookies from firefox and the extension is removed but then keeps coming back. I wish I could give this extension zero stars.

Do not use this addon or service. Google them and you'll see tons of complaints. They also copy all of your addresses so that once you no longer are using them, ue have duplicates of every address in your contact list and must go through them one by one to delete. Had to give one star or I couldnt submit this review?

Seemed like a great add on, however after upgrading to a paid account, I'm not able to login. When I send emails to support or sales I receive no correspondence. When I go out to their FB page and send a message, I get a canned response with NO response...I'm cancelling my subscription...they have much to prove
