Sometimes the only options that work are the higher-resolution ones, and there seems to be an intermittent issue with audio not syncing, or only partial videos being downloaded. UDL Client hardly ever works for me. It was good when it did, once upon a time ago.

Generally a decent add-on, but now is constantly asking via pop-up for a review/rating every single time. Considering uninstalling if that continues.

The MS Windows version of UDL Client converts and multiplexes the audio stream of downloaded MP4 videos as non-standard MP3, rather than the MPEG-4 AAC-LC format common to consumer electronics.

The handling of this audio track causes problems with playback on consumer electronic devices, so the audio track(s) must need to be re-encoded.

The mobile .apk package multiplexes the audio as H.264 + MPEG-4 AAC-LC, so I'd like it to match the mobile version.

I tried both the firefox app and the online UDL Helper downloader. Both worked but only up to 360 quality. Neither worked to download HD 720 or 1080 or anything better than 360 unfortunately.

Only works half of the time, doesn't download better than 360, and lags Youtube like crazy. Still better than all the other addons which are currently not working at all. Still, even with t being the only one that sort of works I can't justify giving it more than three stars. Fix it please.

360 качает без проблем, что мне в основном и надо.1080 не качает, отсылает на какой-то сайт, где предлагают поставить какую-то программу для скачивания. Мы это уже проходили. Спасибо, не надо.

Doesn't rely on external servers for high quality video, so high qualities aren't locked behind a paywall. Compared to the last extension I was using, it has more options for video quality and format, faster video downloads (even when it has to encode), and a less intrusive ui (enable classic mode). Edit2: They fixed the bug that crashed Firefox! Unfortunately I still can't give it a high review, as I've recently found the video conversion feature to be completely broken. As all formats (except for mp4 360) require some form of conversion, this makes the extension nearly unusable for me. If this gets fixed, it's easily a 5/5 stars from me.
