I don't need context menu, Please add "Hide context menu" option.

And, the first item in the tab list is not necessary because it is the current tab.

We're happy to let you know that both features you requested have been implemented in the latest version (1.2.0).

You can now disable the right-click context menu from the extension's options page. The list also now hides the current tab by default. If you'd like to see the current tab (for a Firefox-style Ctrl-Tab experience), you can turn that on in the options as well.

Please update to the latest version to access these new settings.
