Can't handle table. Rubbish

Very simple to use.
Worked pretty well for ChatGPT.

I needed to edit the markdown manually to make it look nice, so a few minor changes would help.

eg. inserting a blank line between You and ChatGPT, fixing minor issues related to indentation related to hierarchy.
