Summary: This update introduces user-controlled summarization for improved reliability and user agency. Summaries are now generated on-demand via a button click within the extension popup.

Key Changes:

User-Triggered Summarization:
Extension now detects potential Terms & Conditions and indicates readiness with a ? badge.
Users initiate summarization via a "Summarize This Page" button in the popup.

Improved User Experience:
Popup displays clear status indicators (Waiting for user, Summarizing..., Error).
Resolved an issue with triggering summaries reliably from the popup.
Icon badges (?, ..., ✓, !) provide at-a-glance status updates.

Technical:
Requires the "tabs" permission to correctly identify the active page for summarization initiated from the popup.
Continues to utilize a secure backend proxy for interacting with the Google Gemini API.

Note: Summarization relies on the free tiers of Google Gemini and Cloudflare Workers; occasional rate limit errors may occur under heavy usage.
