I have been using the VPN for about 3 - 4 years (maybe more, who knows). It works well on my phone (iOS), my mac and my windows machines. Very happy with the service and will renew again.

My one request would be a family plan for 3 - 4 people.

The PlugIn conflicts with the downloaded Mozilla VPN blocking internet traffic, DevOps look into disable PlugIn or App or Sync them .

install additionally app/programm big no no and then also cost money common

Site specific VPN/location settings either don't work or entirely prevent you from connecting to websites. Pointless extension that just disables your browser.

Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't.

Works perfectly as of July 2025. I tried out 1 month, came out very happy and signed up for the annual sub ASAP. Has been through a couple updates and none of them negatively affected me at all. The single hop doesn't affect my browsing speed one bit (including when engaging in the forbidden starts-with-a-P-ends-with-a-Y activity lol). Double hop slowed things down a touch but it only affects surfing the sea and very high res streaming, I still can watch YouTube in 1080 just fine. Though this was a bit much for my budget, I'm ok with saving up for it. Will a return sub next year.

For anyone finding that this doesn't work for Netflix, try switching to double hop! As mentioned, the resolution definitely suffers, but for the variety it unlocks, I'm ok with bleeding my eyes out a little lol.

The one thing that could've made a difference to the 5€ cheaper Mullvad, that you use the servers of anyway, and it is Windows exclusive...
