doesn't work, simple as that

I installed it and it never once worked. Not sure why... I gave up a few days later.

For me it wont auto claim drops, i also do have it enabled in settings

disable autoplay on twitch homescreen no longer an option.

Doesn't claim channel points, which is the one thing I want it to do.

Edit: I finally figured out how to work this extension, auto claim does work, so 1 star added. Instead of using the usual convention of dropdown menu from the extension button like EVERY OTHER EXTENSION IN EXISTENCE, they hide their settings at the bottom of the Twitch Chat Settings. Horribly designed ux. Move this to a normal place and I'll update the score more. Or your first screenshot should be a giant red arrow pointing to the Twitch chat settings where this is hidden.

No longer swaps to Live tab on twitch. Randomly stopped working a week ago or so?

Had worked very reliably until very recently, where it's now blocking the reactions button from appearing in youtube live chat in both chrome and firefox. leaving it at a four for now since it worked very well before, but will change to five if fixed. I've tracked it down to this extension as far as I know, as the button will appear when the extension is disabled.
