Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to test running Ghostery simultaneously with other content blockers in the browser and we recommend deciding for one as there might be issues where the different content blockers rules exclude each other. Running multiple content blockers in parallel is for advanced users - like in your case - where you know how to recover if issues pop up.
