- I don't think I've ever reviewed an extension, but man, what a find. Thanks so much for making it. I get very sick of closing overlays and finding the little "x" in some corner of it or some light colored "close" link. They get sneakier and sneakier about making you actually read the overlay to find a way to close it. Now when I see one, I know right away I can click on the X in the toolbar and it will disappear. So satisfying.

- Avaliado em 5 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 11016758 , há 7 anosbecause of the new GDPR & f.. overlays as a result : perfect, _because_ of its non intrusive _simplicity_ based on the browser itself , thx - works fine. !

Some sites like reddit with their nag banner to get you to join have this pop up every time you hit the front page have gotten beyond annoying and this solves the issue, but the default block and whitelist would take it to the next level.

- Works well for me on some sites
Companies are always looking for ways to beat these extensions, which is not the fault of the developer
The cluttering of the url/location bar with the icon is the only drawback I can see
I understand you want easy access as it may be used often, but the fact you can organize everything so easily in Quantum means you can put it in your favorite extension icons spot
Thanks for all your efforts! - Avaliado em 2 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 13607278 , há 8 anosRemoves the overlay, but then the pages underneath won't scroll so I can only read the first paragraph or so. Is there a fix for this?
- Avaliado em 1 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 13550059 , há 8 anosDoes not work with Quantum, will not add an icon to the toolbar. Wound up using the Pintrest overlay remover and it does the job on other sites as well.

Resposta do programador
publicado a há 8 anosI have planned to implement the possibility of hiding/showing the icon shown in the address bar for the next version.
So, keep an eye out for it.
Best regards.- Avaliado em 4 de 5por Utilizador do Firefox 12766830 , há 8 anosThe button in the url bar is always visible, even if there is no overlay to remove. Could you make it so that it hides when there is no overlay detected?
