Based on user feedback, usability tests and the redesign, we have moved the global pause button to Settings (accessible from Ghostery panel --> Burger Menu --> Privacy Protection) and have “Trust this site” available and accessible with one click which is scoped to pausing Ghostery on the present site only and for a selected time.
Many of our users were pausing Ghostery and forgetting to turn back on, so they were unknowingly and unwillingly browsing the web unprotected. We tried to fix that for the user group.
Regarding "The new v10 is broken, it isn't blocking anything." Can you please send us a screenshot of the Ghostery panel with a loaded website to [email protected]? We would love to help fix this for you.

Ghostery blocks all of it. Found out about this wonderful extension when I was looking for an answer to a computer problem. The forum I was in was way above my level of understanding, but someone mentioned Ghostery. I started using it and then recommended it to my computer guy, who uses it now, too!
