- Mozilla Addons is not a local chineese web site therefore everyone has a right to understand "what the extension here with not bad raiting is placed here" - this approach suggests respectful relation to all users as Internet is international place with historically EN language as default. This extension is a tweak for a Chinese video website bilibili.com, where the UI and most contents are presented in Chinese.
There is no reason someone with poor Chinese will visit that website.
Thus there is no reason someone with poor Chinese will use this extension.
