Auto-refresh and visual highlight of changes on reddit post pages. When you re-visit reddit /r page new posts will be highlighted with a border. If you stay on a page, it will update every minute.

Life coming at you too fast? Can't keep up with it all? You need What's New, Reddit! It automatically updates and visually highlights what posts are new. Show's new posts since your last visit and how many new comments there are on each post.

Every minute (configurable in options) it will auto-refresh if you are on the page, or will highlight new pages if you return.
