Until now it's been a hassle to go through the website to get the cashback and I'm glad they decided to add on the extension. That being said, the customer service is the worst. Recently I've had the displeasure of having to lodge a missing cashback claim, and they gave me such a runaround that it would've been better to have talked to myself. Overall, TopCashback is only good for high cashback amount. Otherwise, Rakuten is better as far as ease of use and customer service is concerned.
