ScrollAnywhere is fully compatible with e10s and should work in every new Firefox version, including Firefox 57 nightly (which I'm using right now).
BUT! Be aware that all new add-ons are blocked on: - whole domain https://addons.vaultpit.io (so scrolling won't work here) - all internal pages like about:addons or options page
Also make sure you don't use other add-ons with similar functionality that could cause these issues...
