YouTube Thumbnail Downloader is a simple extension that lets you grab the full-resolution thumbnail of any YouTube video—effortlessly.

Just hover over a video thumbnail and a small button will appear. You can choose to:

View the high-res image in a new tab

Download it directly as a JPG

Or copy the image itself to your clipboard (not just the URL)

It works on the homepage, search results, channel pages, and even inside the video player.
