Doesn't work.

Couldn't figure out how it works or what it does. I mean, even the icon on the addons bar not showing, I don't even know how to switch it on, or whether it might be workin by its own in the backgrond: it's just not evident at all. Obviously, I have installed it etc. But what does it do exactly - so far - has escaped me.
