I've been many days thinking about how could I manage to achieve something like this, setting my two custom themes instead of using the default dynamic theme which I don't really like, and finally found it! As for deleting cookies, your comment prompted me to switch to use a different kind of storage system for the next version of the addon. It's currently in-the-works. Stay tuned for that.
