Great extension, haven't really had any problems with it. Some websites or website contents are overdrawn by the background of the extension so I wish there was a feature like with ublock origin to 'unblock' certain elements from a webpage.

For example videos on reddit that are hosted on the v.reddit server are always overdrawn. Not the case with other picture content. Not a big deal tho.

That's my only grip other than that it's an eyecare saver <3 makes things much more comfortable to look at. Especially longer texts screaming at you from a white background.

It does what its supposed to be.

It's would be much better if it can be enabled and disabled just by clicking the extension logo.

All other solutions didn't work. Other plugins just flickers images or convert too much to a single color.Best

This extension is pretty useful. Simple, but very useful.

I usually never write a review for add-ons. But for this one I can't help but to do it because my appreciation to the developer. I don't know of any other add-on does the same but it has been making my life easier. I hope DBLT become big and remain free.

So, about a month ago I posted an incredibly griping review of this add-on, having experienced many minor headaches with it. Since then, it looks like the author has busted their butt fixing my complaints and making general QoL improvements. This is now quite simply the best darkening add-on that Firefox has to offer, and blows most other ones I have used, across multiple browsers even, out of the water. Kudos to the author for caring so much about this product, it really shows.

Excellent extension, though the latest version does not work well with Facebook (images don't show up).
