If you mean the context menu ordering, by default addon menu items are listed at the bottom. By messing with UserChrome.css you can make them appear in a custom order.

In the addon description i have some basic CSS to always list it first in the context menu, but if you want to have better control over the ordering, check this thread: https://github.com/agoupinets/view-image-context-menu-item/issues/14

And also of note that in the add-on preferences there are options to change the left/middle/shift-click behavior of the context menu item if desired.
