Don't be misled by its name; double clicking with a mouse works equally well. This is a very good replacement for https://addons.vaultpit.io/en-US/firefox/addon/dblclicker/ which I understand from its developer won't be migrated to WebExtensions.

The only thing I can add, is that it would be even better if the double click speed could be made adjustable, since I find it a little fast, but that is in no way intended as a criticism!
